Policy Agreement at a Glance

Before booking, please review our terms:

  • Cancellations/Rescheduling: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a fee.

  • Payments: Payments are due before the start of tutoring sessions. Advance packages must be paid in full to receive the discounted rate.

  • Attendance: Consistent attendance is expected. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded.

  • In-Person Tutoring: Available only if a tutor agrees, and additional fees may apply.

  • Refunds: Refunds for unused sessions in advance packages will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Minimum: 2 hours per week for all academic tutoring packages
